We’ve officially begun our rollout of OpenGov, a fully automated, web-based electronic solicitation and vendor management system.

To ease the transition, all new goods and services solicitations will be released through OpenGov starting today, July 1, 2025. On January 1, 2026, we’ll complete the rollout with all Public Works, design, architecture, and engineering projects appearing in the system.

OpenGov is completely free for suppliers and contractors to use.
