Curious about what happens to the water that goes down your drain or is flushed down the toilet?  OC San invites you to find out through our Wastewater 101 Citizens’ Academy, with the next virtual session beginning January 29!

This educational program includes four interactive virtual sessions over two months, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how OC San safely collects and treats approximately 185 million gallons of wastewater every day. Participants will learn about OC San’s daily operations, career opportunities, environmental services, and Capital Improvement Program.

The Wastewater 101 Citizens’ Academy is free to attend, and attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an in-person tour of OC San’s treatment process.
